Signature touts Solana Terrace

Celebrating 30 years in the home-building business, Signature Homes presents Solana Terrace, a neighborhood of detached single-family homes located in the northeastern valley.

Founded in 1978 by Richard and Wendy Plaster, Signature Homes has built thousands of homes, condominiums and apartments in the Las Vegas area.

"We try to focus on people who need homes. We have built nearly 15,000 homes in Las Vegas in our 30 years in business," said Richard Plaster, president of Signature Homes.

His wife, Wendy Plaster, a co-founder of Signature Homes, said, "We have always provided affordable homes because we have been a part of the community."

Home buyers at Solana Terrace have a choice of five contemporary two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms, three baths and 1,715 square feet. Each home has an attached garage and numerous amenities.

Solana Terrace is offering builder incentives of up to 6 percent of the sales price with preferred lenders to be used for a down payment and/or closing costs.

Sales agent Melissa Towbin said the incentives are attracting the attention of prospective buyers.

"Interest has been overwhelming due to great incentives, amenities, including Energy Star savings, and pricing," she said. "Solana Terrace offers affordable homes with elegant features. Our prices are an opportunity for a 'now' purchase to realize your dream."

All homes at Solana Terrace feature one-car finished garage, prewiring for phone, cable and ceiling fans and are Energy Star-rated. Exterior features include desert landscaped front yard with automatic drip irrigation, insulated six-panel entry door, exterior doors with polished brass key lock and deadbolt, enclosed backyard with block wall and gate and front and rear hose bibs. Some oversized premium home sites are still available.
