Solamar by Pardee features homes in northwestern valley location

Pardee Homes' Solamar neighborhood at Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas features family-sized homes.

Home prices start from $270,000 at Solamar and the one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,491 to 3,152 square feet with up to five bedrooms.

"Solamar's floor plans accommodate a wide range of attractive options including a home theater, playroom, billards room, library, hobby room and more," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

According to Tuvell, all of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Among the floor plans at Solamar is the single-story Plan One, which measures 2,491 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Plan Two is a single-story plan that measures 3,000 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths.

Two-story plans at Solamar include Plan Three, which measures 2,931 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.

Plan Four measures 3,152 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three baths.

To visit Solamar from U.S. Highway 95 North, exit to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west. Exit Durango Road and turn right. Turn left on Deer Springs Road, right on Grand Canyon Drive, then right on Bay Ledge Street to the models. Sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.

Located in Centennial Hills, Vista Verde is close to Mt. Charleston and Lee Canyon, as well as to Silver Stone Golf Club, Mountain Ridge Park, Las Vegas' Extreme Sports Park and Centennial Hills Hospital, new retail centers and schools.

Pardee Homes was recently ranked highest in customer satisfaction and quality among new-home builders in Las Vegas, according to J.D. Power and Associates 2009 new-home builder customer satisfaction and new-home quality studies.
