“As visitors take in the lifestyle that Ardiente residents experience they can also imagine how easy it would be to change their life simply by changing their address,” said General Manager Kyle Tibbitts. “Our Shea3D plan is unlike any other, and it’s not something you’re going to want to miss.”

Shea3D is Shea Homes’ newest approach to home design that lets buyers customize their new home. That’s why Shea Homes has dubbed these floor plans YourPlans. Each Shea3D plan is available in Kitchen-, Outdoor- or Entertainment-centric lifestyle-driven spaces.

“Homebuyers will be able to tour the Entertainment-centric plan at the grand opening, which showcases the ideal great room for open, connected living,” Tibbitts said. “But, for those who love being connected with nature, the Outdoor-centric plan is unbelievable.”

Outdoor-centric plans redefine Desert Living

When entering the living space of the Shea3D’s Outdoor-centric plan, homebuyers will see natural light and the direct view of the large kitchen featuring an oversized island for entertaining.

This floor plan also features state-of-the-art design, an open great room and optional loft, and it is the only plan with a fireplace.

All homes at Ardiente are SheaXero homes built with a large solar power system and 14 energy-saving features include Whirlpool Energy Star appliances and Trane energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

Tibbitts said these homes can save homeowners as much as $3,000 per year on their electric bills.
