The new neighborhood will feature two professionally furnished and landscaped model homes — The Trapani and the Messina.
This gated community features 53 contemporary homes in a single-level designs with panoramic views of the Strip and surrounding Spring Mountains. Residents are near the Paseo Park with direct access to the Summerlin trail system.
Homes are priced from the low $500,000s.
There are a trio of floor plans to choose from. These open floor plans include 10-foot-high ceilings, 8-foot-high doors and an upgraded millwork trim package complemented by warm two-tone paint.
Kitchens include granite countertops and versatile islands, a stainless steel appliance package and walk-in pantries.
Oversized master suites include large closets and baths. Plans have options for casitas, bonus rooms and wet bars.
The Trapani model measures 2,874 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Its kitchen has a planning center and a walk-in pantry. The patio situated outside the dining room offers the space for after-dinner relaxation.
The home also has a rear covered patio, great room, two Jack-and-Jill baths, laundry room and a master bedroom with bath and a walk-in closet.
Measuring 2,684 square feet is the Messina model, which has a great room with a wide bank of radiant windows that attract maximum natural lighting. There is a front courtyard.
All bedrooms include walk-in closets. Additional highlights feature a kitchen with breakfast bar, a master bedroom and bath and a formal dining room with easy access to the home’s covered rear porch.
Not modeled is the Catania plan featuring three bedrooms and 2½ baths in 2,495 square feet of modern living area. A private courtyard with an entry opens to the foyer. The great room has a 10-foot ceiling and a large bank of windows to the rear covered patio. The kitchen has a breakfast island and direct patio access. There also is a master bedroom and bath with dual-sink vanity, glass-enclosed shower, 6-foot soaking tub and dual walk-in closets.
