Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, will host Toll Advantage Days from today to Sept. 29 at its communities nationwide. This event gives homebuyers a glimpse behind the scenes to see how Toll Brothers creates luxury homes.
“Everyone wants to save money — especially with a purchase as big and important as a home,” said Gary Mayo, group president. “However many homebuyers will also unwittingly wind up compromising quality and value along the way, unless they really do the research and find out what they’re getting for their money,” he said.
During the event, prospective homebuyers can meet the builder from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 21 and 28. Homebuyers can tour the new model and homesites in area neighborhoods.
“There are an amazing number of home-style choices in communities situated in only the best locations, and Toll Brothers backs it all up with quality and value and a 46-year history of integrity and financial strength,” Mayo said.
To take advantage of the special savings that will be offered through the event, buyers must make a deposit between Sept. 21 and 29. Special Toll Advantage Day offerings will vary among communities, so buyers should contact their community of interest to learn more.
