Toll Brothers opens three model homes within Madison Grove

Toll Brothers has opened three decorated model homes in Madison Grove at Providence, a tree-lined master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The single-family residences stand at two stories. Prices start from the mid-$500,000s.

Selected floor plans feature turret foyers, courtyards, dining rooms, great rooms, balconies, Roman tubs, game rooms and lofts.

Included with each home are three or four bedrooms, kitchens with slab granite counters, master bedroom suites, walk-in closets and three-car garages.

The Bellini plan measures 2,993 square feet and contains a great room with a two-story ceiling. The 2,993-square-foot home features a master suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs.

The 3,244-square-foot Trapani features an entry courtyard.

Inside, the first floor includes a breakfast room, great room and a den. A master suite with a sitting area and two bedrooms complete the second floor.

The largest home offered in Madison Grove at Providence is the 3,428-square-foot, three-bedroom Botticelli, which features a central courtyard.

The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and the master suite features a room-sized closet.

The 1,200-acre Providence master-planned community, located at Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and Hualapai Way, celebrates an American Spirit theme with elements of literature and baseball that are woven into the names of the parks system.

An estimated 4,000 mature, desert-adaptable shade trees are being planted throughout the master plan. When complete, Providence will include 33 acres of parks and 10 miles of trails.

To reach Madison Grove at Providence, take I-215 to Hualapai and head north. Turn left on Elkhorn Road. Head west and turn right at Egan Crest Way.

The sales office, located on the right, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
