Tuscan Cliffs and Bluffs offer options

Pacific Southwest Development is introducing several new opportunities for buyers at its Tuscan Cliffs and Bluffs luxury collections in Southern Highlands. The builder is offering its buyers a wide range of options for building their luxury home.

"As a local, privately held home builder, we can adapt to changes in the economy and real estate market when we see a need," Marketing Director Kathy Diaz said. "We have been listening to the opinions and suggestions of our customers and are now offering even more flexibility for building your dream home."

Tuscan Cliffs and The Bluffs offer homebuyers the opportunity to personalize a luxury estate without the time delays and headaches associated with custom-home building, according to Diaz. The guard-gated neighborhoods overlook the valley and lights of Las Vegas while remaining quiet and secluded to protect each resident's privacy, she said.

Tuscan Cliffs features four fully decorated and upgraded model homes with many options for personalization. Pacific Southwest Development will introduce three new single-story floor plans at the collection in January that offer the developer's signature semi-custom home building options.

"At Tuscan Cliffs, we have always offered the finest options for luxury living," Diaz said. "And for the first time, we are opening an investment opportunity to our buyers with the option to purchase our four original model homes. Ranging from 5,000 to 6,000 square feet, the homes can be purchased directly from Pacific Southwest Development and leased back to us approximately for one year. It's a perfect opportunity to buy a professionally designed and decorated luxury estate with an immediate cash flow on your investment."

Tuscan Cliffs is also offering a select few estates that are in the final stages of construction.

"These homes can be available for move-in by the end of the year and are being offered with exclusive special incentives," Diaz said.

"Now is a fantastic time to buy a luxury home and we want to make the process as easy as possible for our home buyers."

Pacific Southwest Development is keeping the best interests of its clients in mind during the current challenging economy. At The Bluffs, Pacific Southwest Development has broadened its offerings to homebuyers and custom home builders. Each home site in the collection, ranging from one-half acre to more than three-fourths of an acre on terraced mountainside spaces, is now available with an option of up to two years deferment to begin building.

"By allowing our customers to defer building for up to two years, they are able to secure the site now and then build when the time is right-within two years," Diaz said.

Continuing its goal to provide diverse options, sites at The Bluffs also are available for custom home building in addition to the semi-custom designs offered by Pacific Southwest Development.

"We are in the process of completing construction on three model homes at The Bluffs that will showcase the ultimate in luxury design," Diaz said.

Final touches and interior design elements are underway at The Bluffs' models, which are scheduled to officially open in January. The homes are currently available for preview tours."
