Tuscan Cliffs offers move-in homes

Tuscan Cliffs homes, built in the hillsides of Southern Highlands, are designed for indoor-outdoor living year-round.

Tuscan Cliffs offers many options for luxury living at the collection.

"At Tuscan Cliffs, you can choose from a handful of residences that are available for move-in or design your own home with us," said Rob Evon, sales manager. "We offer options to make finding your dream home easier than ever."

Among the residences available for move-in are three model homes: Villa de Franchesca, Villa de Gabriella and Villa de Giovanni. "Each of these homes has been professionally decorated and landscaped, which saves significant time and resources to handle them yourself," Evon said.

"They also generally include options and upgrades at major discounts from their original pricing. These homes are offered at special reduced pricing, so you get a brand new home with a warranty and multiple upgrades at an incredible price."

Among the other homes available for move-in at Tuscan Cliffs is a Villa de Giovanni-styled home on an half-acre cul de sac site. It features a first-floor master bedroom, an 1,100-square-foot game room and a kitchen with a professional dual-fuel Wolf range, built-in Sub Zero, warming drawer, two dishwashers and an oversized island with a vegetable sink.

The home's resort-style master bath features a wrap-around shower and multiple shower heads as well as a Kohler Riverbath spa tub, numerous wardrobe closets, granite and marble surrounds and back splashes.

"And of course each residence includes our signature disappearing glass doors that maximize our indoor-outdoor living philosophy," Evon said. Through the use of disappearing glass doors, residents of Tuscan Cliffs can transform their outdoor living spaces into an extension of the main living areas.

According to Evon, among the most popular outdoor spaces at Tuscan Cliffs are its front courtyards, interior courtyards and covered patios that overlook pools, spas, waterfalls, cabanas and fire features throughout each home.

Every home at Tuscan Cliffs is outfitted with an outdoor kitchen that includes a grill, refrigerator and granite countertops. Depending on the design, they may also include a sink, cabinets, condiment station and kegerator.

Pricing for its limited collection ranges from $1.2 million to $2.3 million.
