Tuscan Cliffs offers sweeping views

At Tuscan Cliffs in Southern Highlands, residents can see the city from the comfort of their homes with home sites offering a variety of city and valley views.

"We have several home sites still available with views of both the north and south Las Vegas Strip," said Michael Goeth, sales agent at Tuscan Cliffs. "Our home sites with views to the north offer incredible views of the Strip and city lights. Those with views to the south can see the Southern Highlands golf course, parks and beautiful community water features in addition to the lights of the southern valley."

The master-planned community includes acres of parks, open spaces, water features and community amenities in addition to its Golf Club and Spa.

Builder Pacific Southwest Development is offering complimentary one-year social memberships to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with the purchase of every home in Tuscan Cliffs, Goeth said.

"This is a gift worth thousands that we offer to every new homeowner and includes access to golf, dining and one of the best spas in Las Vegas," he said.

The Southern Highlands Golf Club and Spa at Southern Highlands includes a 13,000-square-foot spa, 4,000-square -foot fitness center, classes, 25-meter lap pool, tennis courts, Jacuzzis and private pool side cabanas. Its golf course was named by Golf Digest magazine as one of the Top Residential Golf Courses in the United States.

More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models. Each offers a master suite with a separate retreat, rear patio, central courtyard and common areas. Among the options at every home are home theatre systems, structured wiring systems and media networks, elevators, wine cellars and grottos, custom ceiling treatments, swimming pools, outdoor fireplaces and water features.

Stainless-steel Viking appliances, wrought-iron stair railings, granite counters and vanities are included.

Other standard amenities are stone paver driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counter tops, six-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures.

Homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Goeth said.

Home sites measure at least one-quarter acre and have yards large enough for a pool and spa. Designs offer courtyards, covered patios, balconies and yards large enough for a pool and spa.

In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on their heating and cooling expenses, according to Goeth.

Base prices start at just over $1 million.
