Tuscan Cliffs semi-custom homes offer distinct, varied entertainment options

Entertainment areas are among the most important design elements in luxury homes. At Tuscan Cliffs, Southwest Development's collection of semi-custom homes, the art of entertainment reaches beyond traditional pools and spas with designs uniquely suited to each resident.

"Tuscan Cliffs offers three unique spaces that are separate from the traditional pool, spa or outdoor kitchen entertainment area," said Rob Evon, sales manager. "Our game room, wine grotto and movie theatre offer distinct entertainment options for your friends and guests."

Showcased in the Villa de Giovanni model home, Tuscan Cliffs' game room is by far its most popular entertainment room, according to Evon. "It is an 1,100-square-foot option which offers space for multiple elements in the same room. In the Villa de Giovanni, we show a media alcove with surround sound and an oversized, flat-screen television, a custom poker table, a putting green, a fully equipped bar with seating and a conversation area near the balcony."

Tuscan Cliffs offers complete home theatre, showcased in the community's Villa de Gabriella model home, featuring multi-level theatre seating, a theatre quality sound system and a wall-sized screen. "Everyone loves movies, and the home theatre allows people of all ages to come together and enjoy a top quality viewing experience," Evon said.

Three of the development's four homes offer wine cellars or wine storage space. In the Villa de Rafael model home, the lower level of the casita is shown as a wine grotto, complete with a wine cellar and tables for tasting.

Tuscan Cliffs' Villa de Rafael home is also shown with a poker room in its upstairs loft area. The poker room is shown with a custom poker table and a plasma television.

Ranging from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet, each Tuscan Cliffs' home also offers a master suite with a separate retreat, an extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas. All of Tuscan Cliffs' home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Base prices start in the low $1 millions.
