Pacific Southwest Development released homes in its Tuscan Cliffs development that will be available for move-in by the end of the year.
"Homes of this magnitude with so many luxury upgrades generally take 10 months or more to build," said Kathy Diaz, marketing director for Pacific Southwest Development.
Among the homes ready for move-in at Tuscan Cliffs is a 5,945-square-foot residence that includes six bedrooms, 51/2 baths and a casita with a full bath. This home also features an elevator, media room, library and six fireplaces.
"The kitchen alone features thousands in upgrades like Wolf appliances, a six-burner stove with a griddle, pot filler over the sink and a trash compactor. The butler's pantry offers additional space and includes a wine storage refrigerator," Diaz said.
Upgraded granite countertops and cherry wood cabinetry finish the look.
This home, designed after Tuscan Cliffs' Villa de Gabriella model home, is landscaped and includes a pool, spa, rear covered patio and outdoor kitchen.
Another Tuscan Cliffs residence available for move-in is a 5,431-square-foot estate designed after the collection's Villa de Giovanni model home. It has four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, an 1,100-square-foot game room with a wet bar and a second-floor balcony.
The community also is offering its models for purchase. The four residences are professionally designed and decorated and are being offered for the first time as purchase options to buyers.
"Each residence is available for sale with a lease-back to the builder for one year," Diaz said.
Prices for the available homes at Tuscan Cliffs start at $1.2 million and include incentives.
Home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots include some with views of the valley and others that are oversized.
Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, disappearing sliding glass doors, wood-clad Andersen windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures and outdoor summer kitchen patios. Structured wiring systems and media networks and swimming pools are also available. Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home.
Residents will receive a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval, Diaz said. The club includes a social calendar, spa and resort-style swimming pool.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
