Tuscany Village offers summer amenities

For residents of Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village in Henderson, life is much larger than the walls of their award-winning homes. From the rolling hills of its golf course to the sparkling waters of the community pools, there are many ways to relax and unwind this summer.

"Tuscany Village offers golf course living of the best kind," said sales agent Marina Petric. "It is beautifully maintained, and offers a truly inviting atmosphere."

According to Petric, Tuscany Village residents have many options for recreation this summer, including golf at the groomed course, swimming, basketball and other outdoor sports at the 35,000-square-foot recreation center.

"We have more single-story options than any other community in Henderson, with six distinct floor plans to choose from," Petric said. "Single-story homes are among the most popular now, and at Tuscany Village we offer many options to personalize them to your taste. Our homes are also among the most energy efficient on the market today."

Tuscany Village's single-story options range from 1,438 to 2,683 square feet, and start in the $160,000s.

Petric said Tuscany Village homebuyers are finding values with single-story homes, as they are offered in the community for about the same pricing home shoppers are finding in resale homes.

"Here you get a brand-new home at a great price, top-notch energy efficiency and a resort-style community with luxury amenities," she said.

Among the activities Tuscany Village residents will enjoy this summer is the Tuscany Golf Club.

"There is no better way for a golfer to spend the day than on the greens of the Tuscany golf course," said Adam Owen, general manager of the club. "We have a cafe open for breakfast and lunch and just completed a brand-new outdoor patio with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue."

To cool off after a round of golf, Tuscany Village residents need look no further than their own La Vita Tuscana recreation center. This multimillion dollar facility houses two pools as well as two large spas.

"If you want to spend summer pool- side, La Vita Tuscana is the place to be," Manayan said.

The pools will host community parties throughout the summer and swimming lessons are being organized. La Vita Tuscana's outdoor activities also include basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.

"And, of course, every home at Tuscany Village is designed to offer space to relax both indoors and outdoors during the beautiful summer months," Petric said.

Tuscany Village, residents enjoy lofts, great rooms and backyards of 12 floor plans with a multitude of options for personalization. Prices start in the $160,000s.

"Tuscany Village was designed as a place that residents can live, play and truly feel that sense of community they have been missing," Petric said. "Whether you like to relax by the pool or with friends on the golf course, there are dozens of ways to enjoy the summer at Tuscany Village."

Residents enjoy a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance, roaming security patrol and 50 channels of cable television.

"This resort lifestyle is, incredibly, offered without the resort price tag," Manayan said. "Our residents pay a low monthly fee and have no LIDs (land improvement district) fees at all. It's all a part of the luxury and value at Tuscany Village."
