Three brand-new single-family neighborhoods are debuting in Warmington's Northern Terrace in Providence introducing a total of 12 one- and two-level floor plans priced from the mid $100,000s to low-$200,000s.
To celebrate the opening, Warmington will host a Grand Opening Prices! sales event at Claremont, Westcott and Emery at Northern Terrace from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Sunday.
There will be snacks, activities with a balloonologist, face painter and caricature artist, and raffles for a spa package and a Sony PlayStation3 system, which includes a built-in Blue-ray player and Wi-Fi.
During the grand opening event, Warmington is offering incentives.
Each neighborhood has homes that will be move-in ready in 45 to 60 days and include choice of room options, two-tone interior paint, complementary cabinetry and countertops combinations. Buyers also get to select their choice of flooring.
On both days, Warmington's preferred lender at Northern Terrace, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, will have representatives available to pre-qualify prospective buyers and answer financing-related questions.
Claremont, Westcott and Emery offer four distinctive home styles. Warmington's Northern Terrace plans range from 1,388 to 3,043 square feet. Westcott and Emery offer single- and two-story plans, while Claremont offers two-story floor plans. Each has been designed to reflect the current standards and trends.
The three-bedroom home at Claremont include a loft in one plan or an option for a fourth bedroom, 21/2 baths and attached two-car garages from the mid $100,000s.
Westcott homes offer up to four bedrooms in their standard configuration, 21/2 baths and direct-access, two-car garage from the high-$100,000s. The Plan Two at Westcott has a gated courtyard entry.
Emery offers gated-neighborhood setting with up to six bedrooms, 21/2 baths and up to three-car garage priced from the $200,000s. Stainless steel appliances and designer-selected granite slab countertops are included features.
The model homes are staged by Creative Design Consultants to display design possibilities and showcase the most current colors, furnishings and arrangements.
"We are very proud of these models and of this community," said Warmington sales manager John Upchurch.
"They are an exciting addition to the northwest market and have been designed and priced to sell. Serious buyers will be hard pressed to find a good reason not to buy now at Warmington's Northern Terrace, especially with our Grand Opening Prices! (sales event) that let early buyers save thousands of dollars and enjoy some special incentives."
The Northern Terrace community includes The Club at Northern Terrace. This multi-million-dollar residents-only recreational facility includes three swimming pools, a spa, fitness center, great room with entertainment center, play areas and outdoor barbecue.
Northern Terrace is within the 1,200-acre Providence master plan and offers easy access to shopping centers, parks, schools and hospitals.
