The second phase of Westmont by Century Communities has opened, offering homebuyers values through a new incentive program.
The southwest Las Vegas neighborhood is near Red Ridge Park and Wet ‘n’ Wild, and is within walking distance of dining, shopping and recreational destinations.
“Our second phase is now open with lots of options including pool-sized home sites,” Westmont sales agent Gail vanDuersen said. “We have six two-story plans to choose from with sizes ranging from 1,532 to 2,646 square feet. And if you are looking to get into a new home quickly, we have two fabulous plans that are move-in-ready.”
Westmont’s two move-in-ready homes are plans 1996 and 2443.
“The 1996 plan is located on a 9,000-square-foot home site,” vanDuersen said. “It has all the bells and whistles with an open design on the first floor, a loft on the second floor and a backyard large enough for your imagination to run wild.”
The 2443 plan available for move-in at Westmont includes a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor, designer flooring, covered patio, stainless-steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings throughout and a superluxury shower in the master bath.
“This is the ultimate shower,” vanDuersen said. “It is a walk-in with a double shower head, seats and a picture window.”
Westmont shoppers can take advantage of Century Communities’ valleywide promotion that provides as much as $12,000 incentives and upgrades at the neighborhood. Home shoppers at Century’s Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans can receive as much as $20,000.
During the kickoff home sales event, Century home shoppers can choose from among dozens of floor plans in the three communities. Century also is celebrating the start of the football season with its fourth annual Station Casinos “Great Giveaway” partnership. The “Great Giveaway” gives sports bettors an opportunity to win $2 million in cash and prizes, including two brand-new Century Communities homes.
Westmont is at Arby Avenue and El Capitan Way next to Red Ridge Park. The park includes two Little League baseball fields, picnic pavilions, a water park, two enclosed playgrounds, two swing sets, a Frisbee golf course and a lighted basketball court. A mile of walking trails surrounds the park.
The neighborhood also is within walking distance to Tanaka Elementary School and Faiss Middle School. Westmont is also near St. Rose San Martin and Southern Hills hospitals and Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas, which includes 25 slides and attractions on more than 20 acres.
