Woodside unveils model homes in Summerlin

Woodside Homes today unveils four model homes available for two neighborhoods , Seville at Andorra and Castille at Andorra, in Summerlin’s Paseos village. Located north of West Charleston Boulevard along the base of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the Andorra neighborhood adds seven new floor plans to Summerlin’s list of new-home offerings.

Castille at Andorra offers three floor plans ranging from 2,236 to 2,518 square feet. The two-story homes have three or four bedrooms and 2½ baths.

Seville at Andorra offers four floor plans including one ranch-style single-level home. They range from 2,013 to 3,147 square feet and include three to five bedrooms and as many as 4½ baths.

In the gated neighborhood of Andorra, homes include great rooms and kitchens with granite countertops, birch wood cabinets, pantries and stainless steel sinks. Food preparation islands are offered in some plans, and select designs provide the versatility of a loft or den that can become an optional extra bedroom.

Select floor plans also offer architectural add-ons such as dual master-bedroom walk-in closets, fireplace, bonus room, tankless water heater and a second master bedroom suite.

Several floor plans offer covered loggias, porches and a casita. Three-car garages are standard for many designs.

Homes in Seville at Andorra and Castille at Andorra start in the mid-$300,000s.
