HOW TO ENTER: (1) Enter online at reviewjournal.com. Fill in the online entry form in its entirety in order to be eligible, then click on the "Click Here To Enter" button. One entry is allowed per person (with a valid e-mail address) per voting period. Participation in the vote constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the vote. In addition, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any computer or other property resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials for, this drawing. Each e-mail entry shall be deemed to have been sent by the authorized account holder, at the time of such entry, of the e-mail address indicated on such entry. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online voting if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion.
VOTING PERIOD: The voting begins June 1, 2007, and ends August 1, 2007.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BY ENTERING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, COSTS, EXPENSES AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY OF THE PRIZES AWARDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY.

Nomination Procedures
1. The nominee ballet was sent to the prominent association sponsors for selection.
2. Association sponsors returned their ballots with their selections to the Awards Official Accounting Firm of Kyle Tingle, to certify and tabulate the results.
3. The five nominees that received the highest total number of votes in each category on the nomination ballots became the official nominees for that category.
4. The nominees for each category were announced in the Las Vegas Review Journal, Las Vegas Business Press and El Tiempo and are also posted in the Real Estate Expo website (www.realestateexpo.us)
5. There was no fee for the nomination process.
