5 Divine Way - Was well bet in career debut; trouble at a key juncture of the race, still finished fine.

1 Solid Wager - Peter Miller has an uncoupled entry so caveat emptor; watch the tote board for additional clues.

Long Shot - 4 My Stone

Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $23,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

2 Lanida - Sliding down the claiming ladder to this career low class; need not be much is still remotely healthy.

3 Pearloftheorient - Claimed by Dean Pederson off an even effort; will need one step of improvement to upset these.

Long Shot - 6 Cee’s the Year

Race 3 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $35,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds and up

7 Noble Exchange - Edwin Maldonado continues to win at a high rate; his aggressive style is like P Val of days gone by.

3 Baby Blake - Claimed by Robertino Diodoro as a beaten favorite; will switch to Agapito Delgadillo which will help his value.

Long Shot - 2 Langfurs Lightning

Race 4 - 6 furlongs, Purse $17,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

6 R Doubleday - Claimed by the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer, always a good thing; expect a better speed effort.

2 Halfapondarosa - At this reduced class level, these are her friends; tactical speed to sit a decent trip.

Long Shot - 9 Mary Contrary

Race 5 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $54,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

3 Market Quote - Dead late closer gets to avoid Top Kisser in here; John Shirreffs left the cupboard bare in SoCal.

2 Zanbo - Second start off a 6-month hiatus; goes around 2-turns and should be much tighter in second comeback start.

Long Shot - 5 Akiss Forarose

Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up

1 Strickly Class - FTS from top trainer John Sadler; watch the tote board for the wiseguy activity.

4 Money Machine - FTS from Peter Miller who is having a strong meet; he’ll need to relocate his barn when Hollywood closes.

Long Shot - 6 Eddie Better

Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $57,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds and up

1 Sirocco Strike - Jeff Mullins has not been busy this meet, but he’s firing on all cylinders; expect a ground saving trip.

3 Basmati - Been stuck at this level three straight starts; lost all chance in last with an awkward beginning.

Long Shot - 4 Showme Yourfriends

Race 8 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $22,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 3-year-olds and up

10 Tenkiller Kid - Could not overcome a modest early pace in last; slides down another notch in search of victory.

4 Efficient Market - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; first time gelding too.

Long Shot - 11 Stayo
