Gorman's Rashad Muhammad headed to San Jose State

Rashad Muhammad, a 6-foot-5-inch senior shooting guard from Bishop Gorman High School, orally committed to San Jose State, which is joining the Mountain West next season. Muhammad also considered offers from Utah State and Wyoming.

Muhammad is the younger brother of Shabazz Muhammad, who starred at Gorman and had a strong freshman year at UCLA before declaring for this year’s NBA Draft.
