6 San Onofre - Favorite switches within the family, from daddy Bruce to daughter Karen Headley; the best gift would be a win.

Long Shot - 5 Bosque Angel

Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

4 Kevin’s Kool Kat - Mike Mitchell charge looks best among a rag tag group; hustling Martin Garcia will put her into the race.

1 U R My Candy Girl - First time blinkers on in last almost did the trick; however she won’t be 28/1 odds tonight.

Long Shot - 2 Visions of Candy

Race 3 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $45,000, Claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds

5 Persuasive Paul - Nothing wrong with Joe Steiner on a well meant animal; the two races on grass have been above average.

2 This One’s for Mel - Julien Leparoux could not get him covered up in last; Corey Nakatani takes over, an outstanding turf rider.

Long Shot - 6 Boyett

Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $22,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 2-year-olds

6 Infosec - Bob Baffert cull drops to the bottom rung today; ran OK in debut and should move forward a step with these.

4 Still Unbroken - Puts blinkers on here for Steve Miyadi; like the cut back in distance too from mile to sprint.

Long Shot - 3 Papa Smitty

Race 5 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $18,000, Claiming $16,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

6 Willetta - Solid 8/1 value on a horse that was flying down the lane in last; she was too late that day, but can move forward.

5 Dolphin Shorts - Was declared a non-starter in last after an unfair beginning; Joe Talamo for Julien Leparoux who is in KY.

Long Shot - 8 Flashy Dame

Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies, 2-year-olds

7 Streaming - FTS from Bob Baffert has been working fast for debut; has the pedigree by Smart Strike to be any kind.

6 Artemis - FTS from the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer; stable rider Rafael Bejarano takes this call, instead of Baffert baby.

Long Shot - 5 Live for Now

Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $52,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds and up

2 A Toast to You - May have found a new style in last turf sprint win; was taken back, then closed with lots of vigor.

7 Et Tu Walker - Disappointing run as the chalk in last; he’s better than that and is slipping downward in class.

Long Shot - 3 Gonna Fly Now

Race 8 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $16,000, Claiming $8,000, 3-year-olds and up

9 Sandys Diamond - Troy Taylor is reunited with his former stable rider Mario Gutierrez; he’d like to win for his friend.

4 Broadway Nika - Beaten chalk was used up early fighting for the lead; these are his friends and he can do much better.
