4 Socialbug - Could be an incredibly short early daily double; did a classic pop and stop in the L A Woman.

3 Scherzinger - Draw a line thru a bad turf debut in last; her prior races on dirt and synthetics are pretty good.

Long Shot - 2 Zia Zia Zia

Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, 4-year-olds and up

3 Tash’a Courage - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; is a first time gelding, has to help.

4 Perfectly Legal - FTS from the Gary Mandella barn; watch the tote board for additional clues.

Long Shot - 7 Senor Pegasus

Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Claiming $10,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

2 Inner Groove - Claimed by the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer off a sharp win; like that Rafael Bejarano rides right back.

4 Eltoninadress - Has run a lot of good races of late, albeit many seconds; she is a grinder who earns a lot of paychecks.

Long Shot - 3 Elvies Lane

Race 5 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

5 One Time Only - Lost by a dirty nose under a 10-pound bugboy; switch to Gary Stevens tonight, what a difference.

3 Laria - Typical green debut, slow early, fast late; John Shirreffs adding blinkers on for second career start.

Long Shot - 7 Belonging

Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $30,000, Optional claiming $40,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds

1 E Equalsmcsquared - Exits 5 stakes races for this much easier O/C; should save all the ground under Mike Smith.

3 Senza Fina - Was one of Joe Steiner’s 7 wins in 2013; chance to make it 8 if this filly can repeat her last effort.

Long Shot - 6 In Dad’s Honor

Race 7 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $65,000, Optional claiming $80,000, 4-year-olds and up

6 Bio Pro - Is a key horse shortening up to a mile, while others are stretching out; means he should be closing fastest of all.

5 Boat Trip - Has won going a mile so he has that going for him; should show more speed on the stretch out.

Long Shot - 3 No Silent

Race 8 - 6 furlongs, Purse $31,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

2 Corinthian Melody - Is claim proof, which is a powerful tool; basically taking a free shot for Mike Pender-Rafael Bejarano.

4 Sidebar - Was flattered at Del Mar when Scherzinger won next out; Bill Spawr adding blinkers on, must be respected.
