LEFTOVERS: Wiggins’ fashion Internet pinata

Just call Kyrie Irving, Anthony Bennett and Andrew Wiggins — Cleveland’s trio of No. 1 NBA Draft picks — the “Three Amigos.”

Wiggins already has the jacket worn in the 1986 movie by actors Steve Martin, Chevy Chase and Martin Short.

Wearing a hideous-looking black-and-white floral blazer to Thursday’s NBA Draft that caused one person to tweet, “Swear my grandma got that same couch Wiggins is wearing,” the ex-Kansas guard’s get-up inspired countless online split-screen photos posted next to the “Three Amigos.”

Asked by one Twitter user who wore the suit better, him or Wiggins, Martin replied, “You gotta have the hat.”

In a strange but true story, Wiggins’ tailor, Waraire Boswell, told Women’s Wear Daily that the white rose print usually is reserved for European royalty.

“It’s super-exclusive, and we were told it was for when royals vacation or go to a country club,” Boswell said. “I guarantee no one will have anything even close to what he’s wearing.”

On that point, we can all agree — and give thanks.

With his first NBA contract, hopefully Wiggins will be able to buy some taste. Or at least hire a new tailor.

■ DIVING FOR DIAW — Boris Diaw, you’ve just won the NBA championship, what are you going to do next? I’m going to crash a bachelorette party!

When the San Antonio Spurs forward tweeted recently that he was at Lake Travis in Austin, Texas, a group of women who were there for a bachelorette party began joking about riding around the lake shouting “Boris!,” and he actually heard them from a nearby boat.

Diaw immediately swam over to celebrate with them and quickly reprised his role from the NBA Finals. He delivered a pinpoint pass, asking if he could kiss the bride-to-be.

The Frenchman proved to be a perfect gentleman, giving the bachelorette a peck on the cheek before swimming off to his next soiree.

■ RODNEY, DON’T LOSE THAT NUMBER — Talking about the crazy things players offer to get the jersey they want, former NFL safety Rodney Harrison said on Pro Football Talk on NBCSP that he once saw one teammate offer another $50,000 for his number.

“And the guy said, ‘No way, I need my number,’ ” Harrison said. “It just shows how superstitious these guys are and how connected they are to their number. But at the same time, then the next thing was probably the craziest thing. Money, people offer that all the time, but the guy said, ‘Hey man, I’ll allow you to sleep with my girlfriend.’

“Once he said that, I lost my mind. I said no way can it be that serious. I said, ‘Obviously you don’t love your girlfriend that much.’ ”

No truth to the report that Harrison, who wore number 37 in the NFL, was orginally assigned No. 12 with the New England Patriots before cutting a deal with quarterback Tom Brady. No money was exchanged.

■ BARBECUED BASEBALL — Rangers first baseman Carlos Pena hit his first home run of the season in glorious fashion Wednesday, belting a baseball off Tigers pitcher Anibal Sanchez that bounced off a wall before landing in a tub of beef brisket at Texas’ Globe Life Park.

Prince Fielder probably wasn’t impressed. The rotund Rangers first baseman eats baseballs like that for breakfast.
