No. 17 ranked men’s basketball recruit expected to visit UNLV

Rawle Alkins, ranked the nation's No. 17 basketball player by 247Sports composite ratings, is expected to visit UNLV on Feb. 20, though nothing has been solidified.
Alkins, a 6-foot 5-inch guard from Word of God Christian Academy in Raleigh, N.C., has multiple scholarship offers.
He writes a blog for USA Today, and on Tuesday Alkins posted, "Right now I'm still wide open with everything. I have no favorites, but that should change when I start taking visits. I plan to have a top five before I decide."
