Titanic Dinners: The events, in honor of chef Bernard, are planned from 4 to 9 p.m. every Friday at CB’s Legacy, 2021 W. Sunset Road. Bernard’s protege, chef Enrique Delgado, is dedicating the events in honor of those who served aboard the RMS Titanic. Live jazz music is planned. RSVP by calling 702-558-3366. Stag’s Leap wine and dinner: The wine dinner featuring five wines from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars is planned from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. July 22 at Fleming’s Las Vegas, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd. The cost is $125 per guest. Tables are limited. RSVP by calling 702-838-4774.

Golden Tiki anniversary: The Golden Tiki, 3939 Spring Mountain road, is set to celebrate its first anniversary July 24 with the debut of Frank Marino’s shrunken head and a raffle for a trip for two to Hawaii. Frank Marino of Divas Las Vegas is set to unveil his own likeness as a shrunken head at 6:30 p.m. Guests will also be entered to win a trip for two to Hawaii. Sunday specials are also through July. Guest chef series: Honey Salt welcomes Italian chef and dynamic TV culinary personality chef Carla Pellegrino, executive chef/owner of Bratalian , to the guest chef dinner series, planned for 6:30 p.m. July 26 at 1031 S. Cheesecake Factory donations: Through July 28, The Cheesecake Factory is set to donate 25 cents per slice of its Salted Caramel Cheesecake to Feeding America. Steakhouse anniversary: Edge Steakhouse is set to celebrate its first anniversary at Westgate Las Vegas, 3000 Paradise Road, with tasting menus and a five-course dinner and wine pairing with chef Steve Young from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 28. Remedy’s ninth anniversary: Celebrations are planned with a ’70s-themed party at 8 p.m. July 30 at Distill, 4830 W. Pyle Ave. A disc jockey and drink specials are planned. Toast & Toppings: Glutton, 616 E. Carson Ave. , has announced the event, set to start at 5 p.m. through closing time Tuesdays and Thursdays through Aug. 30. Patrons can order an assorted crostini board with crostini bread bites topped with seasonal concoctions. Selections will vary daily. Late-night events: Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar, 4480 Paradise Road, is planning a series of late-night events every Thursday. Ferraro’s will host Jazz Workshop, a traditional jazz band, in its lounge from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. In May, Ferraro’s launched Mezzanotte Grill from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., which is planned on the restaurant’s patio and is to feature unlimited beer and pizza and house-made Italian sausages and Hofmann hotdogs. Shake Shack partnership: Shake Shack at New York-New York resort announced its charitable partnership with the Children’s Heart Foundation in Southern Nevada. Both Las Vegas Shake Shack locations are teaming up with local bakery The Cupcakery for two specialty concretes. Five percent of sales from the New York-New York’s location-specific frozen custard concrete All Shook Up are to benefit the Children’s Heart Foundation. At the Downtown Summerlin Shake Shack, guests can purchase the Red Velvet Rocks with 5 percent of sales benefiting Communities In Schools of Nevada. Visit chfn.org and CISNevada.org.

The Made Experience: Triple George Grill and the Mob Museum invite guests to travel back to a time when neighborhood speakeasys were a regular occurrence and classic mobsters ruled the town. The Made Experience is priced at $89 per person (two-guest minimum) and consists of a three-course prix fixe menu at Triple George Grill and a ticket to the Mob Museum.
