1. Teen band/solo artists performances: The Music Forward Foundation’s Bringing Down the House Class of 2016 performances are planned at 7 p.m. April 7 at the House of Blues Las Vegas in Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Government informational exhibit: Clark County is inviting the public to learn more about county government during the month of April as part of National County Government Month. Throughout April, an informational exhibit will be set up on the first floor Rotunda of the Clark County Government Center at 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, to highlight the services the County’s 38 departments and regional partners provide the community. Cadillac Through the Years: The 11th annual event, sponsored by the Cadillac & LaSalle Club of Las Vegas and Findlay Cadillac of Henderson, is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 10 on Main Street at The District at Green Valley Ranch, 2240 Village Walk Drive. Eighty-eight cars representing 114 years of Cadillac’s history are set to be on display, with cars dating from 1902 to present. Call for musicians: The nonprofit Las Vegas Young Artists Orchestra is seeking applications for its new Academy Orchestra program for youths 15 or younger who show significant potential. The free program will welcome up to 50 new students who will work alongside internationally recognized guest artists and perform regularly throughout the year. The application deadline is April 8.
