LPS operating by the motto ‘every serve is our only serve’ for more than 30 years


Legal Process Service has been offering service of process to individuals in the Las Vegas and Reno/Carson City areas since 1982.

The company provides services to the legal community and general public, whether it’s eviction needs, small claims cases, service handlings and court services, such as court filings and record searches.

General Manager Norm McMahan said property management clients and individual landlords choose LPS for assistance with the summary eviction process because it allows the clients to more effectively their handle day-to-day operations.

“Basically, we are here to assist them with the busy work so that they (our client) can take care of business,” McMahan said. “(LPS also has) an excellent skip tracing department, the results of which have been very successful with locating new addresses for defendants.”
