Raising Cane”;s six Las Vegas Valley locations plan to donate all of their profits on Sept. 2, Labor Day, to HELP of Southern Nevada.

SILVERTON PLANS MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL PARTIES STARTING SEPT. 9

The Veil Pavilion at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, is scheduled to host the Monday Night Football Experience at 4:30 p.m. Mondays starting Sept. 9 for guests 21 or older.

Admission is free. Games will be broadcast on large high-definition screens.

LES KINCAID TO CONTINUE CULINARY CLASSES IN SEPTEMBER

Lucille”;s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, which has a location at The District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, has opened its second Las Vegas-area location at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd.

The menu features Southern-style food, including slow-smoked barbecue, sides, burgers and desserts. Live entertainment is offered in the Flying Pig lounge.

Hours of the Red Rock Resort location are from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada recently launched a comprehensive Cicerone training program in an effort to make every employee a Certified Beer Server, the first level of the Cicerone Certification. Cicerone is beer”;s equivalent to a sommelier.
