Montana Meat Company

6371 Centennial Center Blvd.; 702-396-7615

There are no surprises here if you’re looking for a steak — not just any steak but steaks such as the 20-ounce Montana rib eye (“you’ve gotta cowboy up to eat this steak”) in pepper marinade, 20-ounce T-Bone, flat iron and filet mignon served with vegetables and choice of mashed potatoes, baked potato, rice pilaf, steak fries or onion rings. Other featured entrees are jumbo shrimp, pot roast, lamb chops, Alaskan halibut, chicken or shrimp Alfredo and blackened salmon. Among the salads are Buffalo chicken tenderloin, Southwestern, walnut chicken (macadamia-crusted chicken, greens, cranberries, cheddar, tomatoes, red onions and walnuts with balsamic vinaigrette), chopped Cobb and grilled steak. Sandwiches and wraps are served with steak fries or onion rings and include Big Sky burgers, French dip, Montana steak on Texas toast, Philly cheesesteak, barbecue chicken wrap, chicken Caesar or turkey wrap and the club with ham, turkey, bacon and avocado. Breakfast is served from 11 p.m. to 1 p.m. and features three-egg omelets, country fried steak and eggs, huevos rancheros, pancakes (blueberry, banana, chocolate chip), steel-cut oatmeal, eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, and The Porker with three eggs scrambled with potatoes, green peppers, onion, cheddar, bacon, ham and sausage. Steaks begin at $14.95, and breakfast starts at $4.95. Montana Meat Company is open 24/7.
