When the craving for pizza goes late into the night, this is the place –– especially on weekends when pies are still being made at 4 a.m. Pizzas are topped with lots of cheese, vegetables and high quality meats, including Hormel pepperoni. Among the pizzas are Taco, Buffalo Chicken with hot sauce or ranch dressing in place of pizza sauce, California (white sauce, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions), Italian Stallion, Double Cheeseburger with bacon, Capone (white sauce, chicken, mushrooms, onion), vegetarian and Godfather Supreme with pepperoni, sausage, ham, beef, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives and extra cheese. Grilled panini sandwiches are made on ciabatta or focaccia and include turkey club, ham and cheese, Italian meatball and grilled cheese and tomato. Pasta dishes include lasagna, fettuccini Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Parmesan. There are chicken and rib dinners, Angus beef burgers, hot and cold subs, chicken wings and fingers and calzones. Among the appetizers are garlic knots, fried mushrooms, stuffed jalapenos and salads, such as Caesar, chicken and chef. Several desserts are chocolate layer cake, cinnamon sugar sticks and New York cheesecake. Pizzas begin at $8.50. Top This Pizza is open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. Friday through Saturday. — Jack Bulavsky
