ARIZONA CHARLIE’S ANNOUNCES JANUARY DINING SPECIALS

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S. Decatur Blvd., plans to offer a triple selection special at Ron’s Steakhouse with choice of appetizer (sausage-stuffed mushrooms, escargot bourguignon or jumbo shrimp cocktail), choice of entree (6-ounce dry-aged filet mignon, 14-ounce prime rib, rainbow trout, chicken piccata or chicken pomodoro), soup or salad and a bread basket for $24.99 with an ace I Play card or $27.77 without a card in January.

A Reuben with fries, coleslaw or potato salad will be $5.99 with a card or $6.66 without a card at the Sourdough Cafe.

Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, 4575 Boulder Highway, plans to offer a three-course special at Yukon Grille for $16.99 with a card or $18.88 without a card. It features a gourmet entree (flat iron steak, chicken and mushroom Alfredo pasta, grilled salmon or garlic and herb chicken) with soup or salad, choice of side, vegetable and choice of dessert.

Through Feb. 28, Yukon Grille is offering a Land and Sea dinner special with soup or salad and lobster tail and New York strip steak, served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables for $18.99 with a card or $21.10 without a card. Choice of dessert is included.

SILVERTON PLANS JANUARY DINING SPECIALS

The Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to feature herb-crusted prime rib, maple juniper smoked salmon and more at the Harvest Buffet at Seasons Buffet from 4 to 9 p.m. Fridays. The cost is $19.99 with a Rewards Club card and $21.99 without a card. A two-for-one buffet is available Thursdays for Rewards Club members. Single diners with a card can receive half off.

Mi Casa Grill Cantina plans Taco Tuesdays from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, offering choice of three items for $10 (carne asada tacos, tacos al pastor, carne adobada and roasted chicken). The special includes a house or frozen margarita or a 16-ounce draft beer. A $10 lunch special is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday with choice of grilled chicken nachos, shrimp salad, green chile chicken enchiladas, crispy tacos or camarones a la diabla. From 4 to 9 p.m. daily, street tacos are $2 each.

Twin Creeks Steakhouse plans to feature prime rib from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesdays for $29.99 per person. The special includes soup or salad and choice of side.

VINTNER GRILL CELEBRATES AWARDS

Vintner Grill, 10100 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 150, received a Best of Award by Wine Spectator, a Best Place for a Celebration award from Best of Summerlin and a Best Neighborhood Restaurant from the Silver State Awards in 2013. The restaurant plans to finish a phased-in update with an enhanced patio area in 2014.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY HOUR TO SUPPORT LOCAL CHARITIES

In honor of the 20th anniversary of the House of Blues brand, the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer 20 Happy Anniversary Hour events through January. The next one is set for 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 9, to benefit Aid for AIDS of Nevada.

A portion of the proceeds raised during each happy hour event will go to the charity. Patrons must be 21 or older. TICKETS ON SALE FOR ROBERT BURNS SUPPER

The St. Andrew’s Society of Southern Nevada plans to host its annual Robert Burns Supper at 7 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Suncoast, 9090 Alta Drive.

The no-host bar is set to open at 6 p.m.

The Top of the World Restaurant in the Stratosphere, 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to host a special food and wine event celebrating 17 consecutive years as a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 22.

A seven-course tasting menu is planned, to be paired with selections from Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Bill Phelps, president of the vineyards, is set to attend.

FLEMING’S TO OFFER TASTE OF THE SEASON MENU THROUGH JAN. 31

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to offer a Winter Taste of the Season two-course prix fixe menu through Jan. 31.

The menu features forest mushroom and housemade ricotta crostini, cedar-smoked and charred prime New York strip, rosemary and garic cipollini onions and creamy horseradish sauce.

VIA BRASIL STEAKHOUSE OFFERS ALL-NIGHT HAPPY HOUR SATURDAYS

Via Brasil Steakhouse, 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, is offering Reverse Ultra Happy Hour from 8 p.m. to close, with $5 appetizers, cocktails starting at $5.50 and premium cocktails at $7.50. Regular Saturday happy hour is from 3 to 7 p.m.
