Man injured in early morning home invasion in northeast Las Vegas

A home invasion in the northeast valley left a man injured and without some of his belongings early Tuesday morning, according to Las Vegas police.

Three armed males and one female forcefully entered a home in the 5200 block of Blossom Avenue, near Nellis and Charleston boulevards, about 3 a.m., Metro Lt. David Gordon said.

The suspects took household items during the invasion and hit an adult male in the back of the head, Gordon said. The man suffered nonlife-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.

The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction and unknown mode of transportation, police said.
