Clark County coroner releases cause, manner of death for man found dead Saturday in North Las Vegas

The Clark County coroner on Monday has released the cause and manner of death for a man police found dead Saturday morning in North Las Vegas.

According to the coroner, Marlon Porfirio Osorio-Rivera, 51, of Las Vegas, died from a gunshot wound to the head; the manner is a homicide.

Police found Osorio-Rivera around 6 a.m., near Stocker Street and East Tonopah Avenue, North Las Vegas Police officer Aaron Patty said. Medical personnel pronounced him dead on the scene.
