About 900 NV Energy customers in the southwest valley are without power, according to the utility company’s website.

The outages, which originally affected about 10,000 customers, are mostly affecting the 89103, 89113 and 89118 ZIP codes. They were originally reported to the company about 9:30 a.m., NV Energy’s outage website shows.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the outages.
