n The third annual Nevada Wild & Scenic Film Festival is scheduled to finish its state tour in Las Vegas at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Rio's Brazilia Room, 3700 W. Flamingo Road. The event is scheduled to open at 6 p.m. with live music, microbrews, food selections and eco-informational exhibits. The festival's 14 films range in length from two to 28 minutes.
