Klaich to replace retiring chancellor Rogers

The Board of Regents this afternoon appointed the higher education system's number two man, Dan Klaich, to take over as chancellor. Current chancellor Jim Rogers is retiring June 30.

Executive vice chancellor Klaich will take over July 1. He will earn a salary and benefits of about $345,000 a year.
