The CineVegas Film Festival hired Joel Szulc operations director, Elise Luquette operations manager and Kelly Frey marketing and public relations manager. All will serve as year-round employees.

Signs West, a sign company, moved to 1100 Mary Crest Road and named Tawnya Rosenthal marketing consultant.
