Lennar offers single-family homes at Sky Ridge in North Las Vegas

Lennar features two-story, single-family homes at its Sky Ridge neighborhood, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Homes range from 1,475 to 1,909 square feet and contain three or four bedrooms, with 2 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. A loft option is available.

Prices start from the $200,000s.

Exteriors include designer two-tone paint schemes and covered porch entries. The interior features include vaulted ceilings, architectural arches and plant shelves, under-stairwell storage, and a glass door leading from the living area to the rear yard.

Kitchens feature pot-and-pan cabinet drawers, pantry, and breakfast bar in selected floor plans.

Residents also have access to a neighborhood park.

"And our buyers' eyes always light up when they hear about our park with lots of barbecues and picnic areas," sales agent Arnold Loya said. "There's a grassy play area, a paseo with trees that runs from one end of the community to the other, and another park with a picnic area and tot lot."

Homeowners receive an appliance package, including stainless-steel kitchen appliances with a refrigerator and microwave, washer and dryer, granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry with 42-inch uppers and crown molding, and full window coverings.

Sky Ridge is also Energy Star-certified.

One Indio and one Calistoga floor plan are available for August move-in. The Indio measures 1,475 square feet and contains three bedrooms and a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. The kitchen includes convenient counter seating and a walk-in pantry. The second-floor loft offers extra space for a family room, hobby room or den/study.

The Calistoga design measures 1,909 square feet and includes three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Design highlights include a fireplace and recessed media niche in the living room, a dining room with bay window pop-out, U-shaped kitchen with bar counter seating and a pantry. The second floor features the loft area, bedrooms two and three, and the master suite with dual sinks, a separate shower, oval tub, a large walk-in wardrobe closet and a second closet.

Additional homes are under construction and available for September and October move-ins.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 and exit west on Durango Drive, then make the first right at Oso Blanca Road, then go north to Grand Teton Drive, then right on Tee Pee to Sky Ridge. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
