A truck involved in a North Las Vegas police shooting last week may have been used in another commercial burglary early Wednesday, police said.
Nonprofit leaders gathered at Las Vegas City Hall on Thursday to discuss domestic violence, including new ordinances in the valley addressing misdemeanor cases.
The team, which is made up of five Metro police officers, three Nevada Highway Patrol troopers and one Metro sergeant, made its 1,000th arrest on Oct. 3.
