Hogan Fowles scored eight of his 12 points in the third quarter and provided a momentum-changing play Saturday as Virgin Valley’s boys basketball team captured the Lake Mead Holiday Classic title with a 50-40 win over West Wendover at Lake Mead Christian Academy.
