The reuse of a healing abutment might increase the failure of a dental implant. The dentist who reused the abutments, Dr. Phillip Devore, resigned. UNLV is offering follow-up examinations free of charge.

Police investigate rollover injury crash

At least one person was injured in a rollover crash early Friday morning at Sahara Avenue and Maryland Parkway. A woman was loaded into an ambulance around 5 a.m. A portion of Maryland Parkway was closed as was eastbound Sahara Avenue. The woman’s condition was unknown.
