Industrial property brings $3.8 million

▶ QMC Holdings LLC purchased the approximately 35,592-square-foot industrial property at 5701 W. Sunset Road in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $3.8 million. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the buyer.

Pair of apartment complexes sold

▶ The 62-unit Sierra Park Apartments has been sold for $2.4 million. Kevin and Vicki Ann Fall purchased the complex at 557 Sierra Vista Drive in Las Vegas. NAI Vegas marketed the property and represented the seller, Sierra Park Camried LLC, in the transaction.

▶ Salina Ramirez of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services, recently represented Dennis and Gloria Skowronski in the sale of an apartment building at 2309 Sunrise Ave. in Las Vegas to Max and Scarlett Schumacher. The sale is valued at $217,000.

▶ CA Las Vegas NRB LLC purchased approximately 4.39 acres of vacant land at 4491 N. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,150,000. Robert Torres and Scott Gragson of Colliers International represented the seller, Gragson Beltway Belcastro.

▶ White Mar Capital Pahrump LLC purchased the approximately 1.38-acre retail property at 1360 E. Highway 372 in Pahrump. The transaction value was $827,000. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the seller, Swiss LTD. Frank Marretti of Colliers International represented the buyer.

Leases of note

▶ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services recently represented TJL Group LLC in the subleasing of about 3,456 square feet of office space located at 10801 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, from City National Bank. The lease is for 39 months and the transaction is valued at approximately $274,289.

▶ Spartan Arms and Range Supplies LLC leased 4,000 square feet of retail space for 39 months at 8350 N. Decatur Blvd, from Decatur Horse LLC. Total consideration was $163,200. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor in the transaction. Derek Belanus of Crown Point Realty represented the lessee in the transaction.

▶ Hong Guo leased 1,973 square feet of retail space for 60 months at 1205 W. Sunset Road, Suite 140, from Sunset Plaza LLC. Total consideration was $147,975. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor in the transaction.

▶ Billy Jim LLC leased 1,600 square feet of retail space for 36 months at 4115 S. Grand Canyon Drive, Suite D-100, from Grand Flam Shops Capital Management LLC. Total consideration was $111,185. ▶ Brent Dill has leased the approximately 4,000-square-foot retail property at 953 E. Sahara Ave., Suite F, in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $300,000. Rebecca Staniec of Colliers International represented the lessor, Revocable Trust of Wilbert Y.K. Yee.
