Restaurant chain Denny’s has leased 5,308 square-feet at the Neonopolis mall in downtown Las Vegas.
David Zacharia of Las Vegas-based real estate company DZ Realty LLC announced the leasing in a statement Tuesday.
DZ Realty said it served as broker for Denny’s in identifying the property and negotiating the $12.5 million lease, which includes a 20-year base term.
According to Yahoo Finance, Spartanburg, S.C.-based Denny’s Corp. operated 1,665 restaurants, including 1,439 franchised-licensed restaurants and 226 company-owned-and-operated restaurants as of March 30. The restaurants are in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, two U.S. territories and five foreign countries.
There are 23 Denny’s restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley.
