Danu Partners, an investment firm based in Ireland, acquired Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, a chain of steakhouses, from Bunker Hill Capital for an undisclosed price.
In a statement, Boston-based Smith & Wollensky said the deal gives Danu seven of the company’s eight U.S. restaurants, including one in Las Vegas; Smith & Wollensky London; and worldwide licensing rights to the Smith & Wollensky brand.
Danu opened the London restaurant in June under a license from Smith & Wollensky.
Dow Jones reported that Bunker Hill acquired the chain for about $94.6 million in 2007.
The local restaurant is at 3767 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
