Firm hires two top real-estate executives
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank have hired two veteran real estate executives to join the firm's Las Vegas office, the company announced Friday.
John J. Knott II and Michael Parks, who founded the Global Gaming Group at CB Richard Ellis in Las Vegas, will join a real estate division serving the gaming industry.
At CBRE, Knott and Parks completed $3 billion in gaming property land sales, including the Las Vegas Hilton, the Sahara and Fitzgeralds.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is a division of New York-based BGC Partners.
Other affiliates of BGC Partners are Cantor Fitzgerald, Cantor Commercial Real Estate and Cantor Gaming, which operates seven sports books in Las Vegas.
