Mike Mixer and Josh Smith of Colliers International’s Gaming Division have listed for sale a 2.33-acre block bordered by Carson and Bridger avenues in the north and south, and Seventh and Sixth streets to the west and east. It’s one of the last properties available downtown, the brokers said.
MTO Café will open its second location at the new downtown Summerlin complex this fall. Since debuting in October of 2013, MTO Café in downtown Las Vegas offers breakfast, lunch and brunch.
After meeting at work at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, Olivier Morowati, Zelma Hulet and Jean-Francois Chavanel decided to go into business together. They opened a gourmet popcorn business, Popped, in July 2011.
