Four men were indicted for multiple robberies by a Clark County grand jury on Friday.
Calvin Smith, Josue Torres, Christopher Alan Blye and Daniel Spencer each face 10 counts of assault with use of a deadly weapon, seven counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon, two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon involving a victim who is 60 or older.
Each suspect also faces one count of attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, battery with intent to commit a crime and burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, according to the indictment.
Between April 27 and May 9, there were eight robberies that involved a blue 2004 Chevy Blazer with only one working headlight and four suspects. A shotgun and one or two handguns were used by the suspects to coerce people into relinquishing cash, phones and other valuables, according to the arrest report.
Smith, Torres, Blye and Spencer were arrested on May 9 by Las Vegas police in connection with two robberies that happened that same day.
Their arraignment is scheduled for June 11.
