Man found shot in garage identified

A man who died after being found by authorities shot multiple times Sunday afternoon in a garage near Maryland Parkway and Hacienda Avenue was identified Monday by the Clark County coroner's office as 27-year-old Justin Jones.

The coroner's office said Jones, of Las Vegas, died from a gunshot wound to the torso and right arm.

Las Vegas police were alerted to the shooting at 5115 Golden Lane about 3:40 p.m. According to the coroner's office, Jones died at a hospital 35 minutes later.

Police have not made any arrests in connection with the shooting as of Monday afternoon.
