The father of the 13-year-old boy who was fatally shot Friday at a west valley smoke shop said Tuesday he forgives the clerk who is now behind bars in connection with his son’s death.
“Everybody’s concerned,” said Metro homicide Lt. Dan McGrath while on the scene of Fabriccio Patti’s shooting Friday. “And it should be not just the police’s concern — it’s the whole community’s concern, that we have a rise in violence, specifically gun violence.”
Police have not yet established a motive for the killing of Michael Tzaras, 46, north of downtown.
