Black Sabbath coming to Vegas in February

It’s not Black Friday yet — heck, it’s not even Friday — but the metal gods (well, with the help of the fine folks at Live Nation) have smiled upon us, the good people of Las Vegas, with a generous, heartrending gift in the form of a show featuring Black Sabbath on the eve of Valentine’s Day.

Surprise your sweetie with tickets for the Feb. 13 show at Mandalay Bay Events Center, which start at $49.50 and go on sale Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. Better yet, if you’re a Citi card member, you can pick up tickets before everybody else at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Added incentive — as if you need one to make sure you’re at this show — this date will be among the legendary outfit’s last of its career. While you can obviously never say never, as they say, this tour is being touted as The End, meaning this will be the last time you can catch Ozzy, Geezer and Tony.
