EVENTS

"An Evening with Armistead Maupin" featuring a question and answer session with the author will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road. A book sale, signing and reception will follow the presentation.

The Great Books Reading & Discussion Group meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month; the Contemporary Fiction Book Discussion Group meets at 7 p.m. the third Tuesday of each month; and the Mahogany Circle Book Club meets at 11 a.m. the first Saturday of the month to discuss books written by black authors at the Clark County Library, 1401 E.
