COURT DISPUTE FLARES OVER WAYNE NEWTON’S CASA DE SHENANDOAH

One of Wayne Newton’s partners, Texas businessman Steve Kennedy, has filed a lawsuit claiming Newton interfered with plans to develop his Casa de Shenandoah into a Graceland-like tourist attraction. In a statement issued Thursday, Kennedy’s former girlfriend, Geneva Clark, called Kennedy’s suit "ridiculous" and accused Kennedy of "mismanaging his role of leadership."
